The present invention relates to a method for isolating adipose derived stem cells comprising: a step for first washing of adipose tissue; a step for reacting the washed adipose tissue with protease; a step for second washing of the reactant; a step for filtering the washed reactant; and a step for third washing of the filtrate, and to the adipose derived stem cells isolated by the method. By the isolation method, not only are highly active stem cells obtained, but a large amount of stem cells are able to be obtained as well. |
