PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow creating an MRI moving image of high image quality during speech production where only a small number of vocalizing repetitions is provided. SOLUTION: A time-series signal observation unit observes, in time series, position information of speech organs in a mouth during speech production of a sentence at prescribed sampling intervals. A time function and speech production driving timing extraction unit extracts a space matrix, a time function, and a plurality of speech production driving timings from a time-series signal of the position information. An MRI image picking-up unit picks up, per speech production driving timing, MRI images of the speech production organs during speech production of a sentence identical to the sentence. A unit for generating an MRI moving image during speech production combines the time function and the MRI images to generate an MRI moving image during speech production.
