The communication controller (4) includes a stopper (4b) that stops the wireless communication if a correlating temperature is lower than or equal to a predetermined temperature (AT 0 ), the correlating temperature correlating with the temperature of the auxiliary battery (5B) acquired at a first predetermined time (T1) after a stop of the drive controller (21).</p>
