摘要 The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly underwater structure (100) and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention makes more better standing conditions to enable seaweed or coral to live in the water by irregularly attaching porous lava stones on the surface of a structure; maximizes bearing power by maintaining a stable condition by preventing phenomenon such as movement, conduction, and subsidence with typhoon in advance through one pyramid structure; and improves the structure to induce the flow tidal current through a penetration area which can connect the outside and the inside of the structure. The environmentally-friendly underwater structure has a pyramid-shaped body (10) for maintaining the standing condition under the water by focusing the center of gravity at the lower area of the sub-one third height. The body (10) is formed by combining three units (11) having a triangle shape and includes a ring (13) for handling the respective units and induced to be attached to the seaweed by disorderedly protruding multiple natural stones (12) to the respective external surfaces of the three units (11); and a penetration hole (14) constructed to input and output fishes and shells.
