Disclosed are a complex insulation board, a method for constructing an outside insulation wall by using the same, and a structure thereof. The construction structure of an outside insulation wall using the complex insulation board in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes the complex insulation board including first and second insulating materials which are separated from each other and a reinforcing material which is arranged between the first and second insulating materials and has stronger rigidity than the first and second insulating materials; a metal frame arranged on the first insulating material; and a first ball screw fixing the reinforcing material and the metal frame by passing through the second insulating material. |
