Also, the present invention can easily remove the metal dots remained on the substrate after the AR protrusions are formed, and can improve the durability of a water repellency layer coated on the AR protrusions. Thus, the substrate having an anti-reflection surface with the improved light transmission property and durability can be applied to various fields, such as an optic device, an image display panel, a solar cell, and others.
