The present invention relates to a multi-layered PTFE membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. The multi-layered PTFE membrane and the manufacturing method thereof according to one embodiment of the present invention facilitate the manufacture of a multi-layered PTFE membrane and improve water permeability and filtration efficiency. The method for manufacturing a multi-layered PTFE membrane according to the present invention includes: a step of preparing first paste and second paste; a step of preparing a preform; a step of preparing an extruded product; a step of calendering; a step of removing a liquid lubricant; a step of stretching a sheet; and a step of calcining the sheet.
