The present invention relates to a mobile data storage system using a token and a method for controlling the same. The mobile data storage system comprises: a mobile data storage device which generates a token according to data access authority set by an administrator, transmits the token using a first short-range communication method, and transmits data using a second short-range communication method according to the data access authority set to the token if receiving a transmission request for the data together with the token; and a user terminal which is located within a first short-range communication region of the mobile data storage system to receive and store the token, and receives the data using the second short-range communication method by transmitting the transmission request for the data together with the token. According to the present invention, the mobile data storage system capable of communicating with a mobile terminal issues tokens to terminal users to manage data access authority of each user, whereby it is possible to easily distribute a high-volume data to multiple users within a specific region and effectively manage the data access authority. |
