HEAT EXCHANGER ARRANGEMENT

Provided is a heat exchanger arrangement including inlet and outlet ducts; and a heat exchanger across which a heat transfer medium flows, and which is provided in a form of a flat heat exchanger pouch (1) making a thermal conduction contact with an internal surface to be thermally controlled. In particular, the heat exchanger arrangement is used to control the temperature of a battery for driving an electrical vehicle. The heat exchanger pouch (1) is simply manufactured by welding edges of two foil pieces provided on top of each other. The heat exchanger pouch can be mounted in a narrow gap space of the heat exchanger arrangement and heat can be sufficiently transferred to adjacent walls by filling compressive media and employing a pressure pouch (34) having a shape of a foil material.
