The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a paper sludge formed body, comprising; a step of mixing polyethylene (PE) powder or polypropylene (PP) powder and a foaming agent with paper sludge having moisture contents less than three percent with a weight ratio of 10:3-4:0.5-1 in a stirrer; a step of extruding the mixture with a thickness of 3-7 mm in an extruder; and s step of cutting the extruded mixture in a length of 3-10 mm after the pressing step. The present invention recycles the paper sludge which is discarded, prevents marine and soil pollution, and solves an economic burden due to incineration and landfill. The present invention has outstanding appearance, high strength, and light weight, thereby being used in various industry fields as building interior and exterior materials, an insulator, a heat insulating material etc. A plurality of air holes is formed on the formed body by a foaming agent. Therefore, the present invention has sound-absorbing power and soundproof property which prevents noise. Also, the present invention has excellent insulation property. |
