The present invention relates to a system for heating a floor material and a structure of a floor material. The floor level comprises a combination of multiple boards, and both sides of each board are made of recessed grooves and protruded tracks. The protruded height of the protruded tracks is shorter than the depth of the recessed grooves, thus forming an exothermic passage between the protruded tracks and recessed grooves. A first circular arc-shaped groove is formed on one side of the board in contact with the floor surface, and both sides of the first circular arc-shaped groove are connected to two exothermic passages of another board. An exothermic pipe has flexibility, and is meanderingly mounted between the floor materials. The exothermic pipe is located between the exothermic passage and the first circular arc-shaped groove.
