The present invention relates to a fish cake molding apparatus without a conveyor belt which comprises: a battering device including, on the top, a hopper through which raw materials are inserted, a battering screw which batters the raw materials, a discharging pipe, and a pair of discharging wings; a pot; three or more transferring pipes in parallel that are extended toward the pot and have, in the middle thereof, amount adjusting valves adjusting the amount of dough transferred, and one or more brackets that fix the transferring pipe on one location; three or more discharging blocks having a fixed rib; a discharging panel; and a fish cake cutter bar which rotates around a work pathway close to three or more discharging holes of the discharging blocks. |
