<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that restricts a degree of opening of an opening/closing panel of a suction grill or the like and prevents such trouble that the opening/closing panel opens unexpectedly at low cost even when used for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: A guide member 17 has a lock surface 17a facing an opening direction D1. A panel fixing member 19 is supported on a case body 13 in a way that it is slidably movable in a direction parallel with the lock surface 17a, and has an opposite surface 19a to be arranged opposite at a position where the opposite surface comes close to or comes into contact with the lock surface 17a by slide movement in a first direction with the opening/closing panel closed.
