<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll filter device which prevents stress from being placed on a seal material or a holding part, is easily manufacturable, and facilitates maintenance of the roll filter device such as replacement of a roll filter. <P>SOLUTION: In this roll filter device, a power part is arranged outside a chamber, the rotation from the power part arranged outside the chamber is transmitted to a wind-up roll arranged in the chamber by a universal joint in the chamber.
