The device has a fixing device (28) formed for torqueproof fixation of a surgical element. A clamping device (14) is formed to exert a clamping force radially and internally acting on the surgical element. A spring device (16) is formed on the clamping device to exert a spring force acting in an axial direction. A force deflection device (18) cooperates with the clamping device and converts a part of the spring force acting on the clamping device into a part of the clamping force acting on the surgical element. An independent claim is also included for a surgical system comprising a surgical element and a frame element. |
