The method involves inserting multiple stacks (6) of a primary packaging (1) with multiple packaged products, laterally into the interior space of a secondary packaging (3). The stacks are arranged side by side in the secondary packaging. The secondary packaging is promoted by the width of the stacks after insertion of the stacks and then the stacks are inserted into the secondary packaging. An independent claim is included for a device for introducing packaged products into a folding box.
