PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for kneading paste while continuously measuring the quality of goods. SOLUTION: A kneader 1 for kneading two or more materials to the paste using the rotational motion includes a centrifuging layer 2 for removing foreign substances included in the materials, a kneading layer 3 for kneading the two or more materials, and a quality measurement layer 4 for measuring the quality of the kneaded paste. The centrifuging layer 2, the kneading layer 3, and the quality measurement layer 4 are sequentially disposed from a lower side, and connected to each other, and the materials circulate in order of the centrifuging layer 2, the kneading layer 3, and the quality measurement layer 4.
