PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive segment for tunnel lining, which facilitates the dimensional management of the height of the segment and which has stable performance. SOLUTION: This segment includes at least one pair of main girders 2 which have one web member 7 and at least one flange member 8, and skin plates 3 and 4 which are provided on either or both of natural-ground and inner-space sides. The flange member 8 is arranged on the segment inside surface of the web member 7 in such a manner that the plate-thickness-direction one-end side of the one-side end surface of the at least one flange member 8 abuts thereon and that the other-end side thereof is protruded in the radial direction of a tunnel with respect to the web member 7; they are fixed to each other; and the main girder is formed in an approximately U-shaped or L-shaped main-girder cross section.
