PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide case opening/closing mechanism for realizing sufficient sealability at low cost. SOLUTION: The case opening/closing mechanism includes a planar lid attached to an opening of a case body and at the time of lid opening, the lid is moved in a horizontal direction and swung open on hinges around a fulcrum shaft on one edge side in a vertical direction of the opening of the case body. The mechanism further includes a case hinge member having a hinge shaft support means attached to one edge in the vertical direction of the opening of the case body, and a hinge shaft, with both ends being supported by the hinge shaft support means, arranged in parallel with the one edge in the vertical direction at a predetermined distance from the one edge. The mechanism further includes a lid hinge member having at least two guide plates attached to the lid in parallel with the lid in a horizontal direction, and perpendicular to the hinge shaft, and a hinge shaft guide channel notched on the guide plate from a lid side in direction perpendicular to the lid, with which the hinge shaft engages and the lid moved from the case body in the horizontal direction in a parallel manner and the guide plate is swung around the hinge shaft at a channel end.
