A center device (300), an electric automobile (100), and a charging device (200) that charges a storage battery section in this electric automobile are connected by power lines (800). The center device comprises: information acquisition means (302) that acquires information of the amount of power generated and the amount of power used; decision means (304) that decides on cutoff of the charging current or reduction of current to the storage battery section in the electric automobile, based on the information acquired by the information acquisition means; and transmission means (302) that gives instructions, by communication, for the cutoff of said charging current or current reduction that has been decided on by the decision means. The charging device comprises: reception means (203) that receives the instructions from the transmission means; and current restriction means (204) and that interrupts the charging current to the storage battery section in the electric automobile or reduces the current, based on the instructions of the reception means. |
