The component (2) comprises a liquid-tight and/or gastight glass-bound ceramics (4) that is formed as a film having a layer thickness of 0.1-1 mm, where the component is produced by a heat treatment process at maximum temperature of 1000[deg] C. The component comprises the glass-bound ceramics as a carrier layer, on which a conductive layer (8) is applied. The conductive layer is applied on the ceramics as a covering layer. A carrier material is applied as a cover layer on which the ceramics. An intermediate adhesive layer connects the carrier material and the glass-bonded ceramics.
