A damping element (39) is arranged on the side of the compensation element, so that the deformation of the compensation element is reformed under force effect of the damping element on the compensation element during the failure of the pressure application of the compensation element in fluid-carrying space. The compensation element is made from acrylonitrile butadiene rubber.
