The flexible intermediate component is made of paper, cardboard photo film or fabric. The structure portions are made of colorful plastic building blocks with double row round knobs. Square or rectangular shape portions are cut out at a point where two plastic building blocks are combined together, so that the nubs of plastic building block are plugged. An outer neck of the component is big as the plastic building block. Multiple ridges resembling lattice, crosses and cut out windows are formed inside a section of the component.
