PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating drying device and a coating drying method which performs induction heating in uniform temperature distribution using an induction coil freely deformed with respect to a complicated-shaped object to be coated. SOLUTION: The coating drying device 10 dries paint coated on an object 1 to be coated through induction heating and includes the induction coil 20 which can be deformed according to a shape necessary for heating the object 1 to be coated.
