<p>The valve has two large area dimensioned annular chambers (16a, 16b) i.e. compression oil reservoir, arranged on a side of a tank for exerting pump pressure. A stator (2) is provided at an end of a rotor side facing away from holes and/or in a surrounding cylinder tube (3). The annular chambers are provided with control holes (12a, 12b, 15a, 15b) that are assigned to the stator and a rotor (1). A pressure pump feed is directly connected to a working element. Compression oil storage units increase short-term memory volume and minimize vibration in supply lines.
