The element has a tear-open strip (20) including a grip lug (21) for opening a closure capsule (10) i.e. cylindrical capsule. A closure label (30) includes a web-like substrate provided with adhesive on an underside. The capsule is arranged on a receptacle (40) so that the capsule covers an opening of the receptacle. A partial region of the label is arranged on the vessel. Another partial region of the label is arranged on the capsule and the strip so that the lug is not covered by the label. A passive radio frequency identification (RFID) chip stores electronically encrypted identity code. An independent claim is also included for a receptacle.
