The present invention relates to seasoned laver sheets containing oil and powder of Schisandra chinensis and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a powder or extract of Schisandra chinensis is supplied when manufacturing laver sheets to supplement the water soluble components of Schisandra chinensis, and the laver sheets are baked by using Schisandra chinensis oil to supplement the lipid soluble components of Schisandra chinensis so that the water soluble and lipid soluble components of Schisandra chinensis are contained in laver sheets. Accordingly, the laver sheets according to the present invention are effective to immunological activity, hepatoprotection and liver stabilization. |
