The present invention relates to a waterproof cloth which is manufactured by bonding a waterproof film on a substrate. The waterproof cloth provides the substrate; and a waterproof substrate including the waterproof film which is adhered to the substrate. The waterproof substrate is to maintain the flexibility of the substrate by the waterproof film having a multi-layer structure to be thermally bonded to the substrate and to have an excellent waterproof effect. |
