According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed are a cooperation system between a driver and a control device, and a cooperation method using the system, which comprise a user interface capable of receiving a driver operation input of a working machine; an automatic working process production unit producing a working process from a working path of the working machine performed by the driver's operation; and a working control unit receiving a driver operation input from the UI, or the working process input produced from the automatic production unit, and transmitting a driving signal necessary to drive the working machine to a driving device of the working machine. If driver's manual operation occurs while the produced working process is in the process, the driver's operation is performed in priority, and correction of the working process is performed. When the driver's operation is completed, the correction of the produced working process and an automatic working is able to be performed according to the corrected process.
