The method for removing an interference signal according to the present invention includes steps of (a) sequentially arranging a base station and repeater stations according to a preset topology to establish transmission repeater stations and reception repeater stations in each frame; (b) XOR network coding an uplink packet and a downlink packet to generate a first signal and transmitting the first signal to a neighbor repeater station in a t-th slot of one frame by the transmission repeater stations; (c) retransmitting the first signal to a (t+1)-th slot which is a next slot of the t-th slot of the same frame by an odd-numbered transmission repeater station of the transmission repeater stations and transmitting a second signal obtained by phase shifting the first signal as much as 180 degrees to the (t+1)-th slot which is a next slot of the t-th slot by an even-numbered transmission repeater station of the transmission repeater stations; and (d) receiving signals of the t-th slot and the (t+1)-th slot of the same frame to decode the uplink packet and the downlink packet using the received signals and signals transmitted at a previous frame by the reception repeater stations.
