摘要 <p>Multi-stage production of electronic components with a coated substrate, which is moved through different operating stations of a production system (100), for producing thin-film solar cell on a flexible substrate, comprises processing a portion of the coated substrate at a first laser processing station (300) in a first laser processing operation, transporting the portion in a transport direction of the first laser processing station to a separate second laser processing station (400), and processing the portion of the second laser processing station in a second laser processing operation. Multi-stage production of electronic components with a coated substrate, which is moved through different operating stations of a production system (100), for producing a series-connected thin-film solar cell on a flexible substrate in a roll-to-roll method, comprises processing a portion of the coated substrate at a first laser processing station (300) in a first laser processing operation, transporting the portion in a transport direction of the first laser processing station to a separate second laser processing station (400), and processing the portion of the second laser processing station in a second laser processing operation. The portion is recorded by means of a first camera system (330) prior to the first laser processing operation or by means of a second camera system (430) immediately before or immediately after the second laser processing operation. The first camera system produces first camera signals. The second camera system produces second camera signals. The first laser processing operation is controlled depending on the first camera signals or signals derived from the first camera signals. The second laser processing operation is controlled depending on the first camera signals and the second camera signals or signals derived from the second signals. An independent claim is also included for the production system for carrying out the above mentioned method, comprising the first laser processing station for carrying out the first laser processing operation in the portion of the substrate depending on the control signals of a first control unit, and at least one second laser processing station for carrying out second laser processing operation temporally following the first laser processing operation on the same portion depending on control signals of a second control unit, where (a) the first laser processing station comprises the first camera system for recording the portion prior to the first laser processing operation and producing first camera signals, (b) the second laser processing station comprises the second camera system for recording the portion immediately before or immediately after the second laser processing operation and for generating second camera signals, and (c) the first and the second control units are connected such that the second laser machining station is controlled depending on the first camera signals and the second camera signals.</p>
