The present invention relates to a four-way valve device for automatically discharging foreign matters, wherein the four-way valve device automatically discharges turbid water by transmitting an operation command signal from a central monitoring part to a valve based on the detection signal of the turbid water after detecting the turbid water generated when the foreign matters are accumulated inside a water pipe; provides the normal supply of water by returning the valve to the initial position thereof when the quality of the water is returned to a normal condition; and prevents the dangers of traffic obstacles and accidents beforehand by allowing the valve to be operated at a sidewalk separated therefrom. The four-way valve device for automatically discharging foreign matters according to the present invention comprises: an operation panel installed on the ground for generating an electromotive force by being operated; a sluice valve installed to be buried in a road and having a valve housing inside which a valve disc, rotated by the electromotive force transmitted from the operation panel, opens or closes the inlet, the outlet, the drain hole, and the check hole of the valve housing; and a flexible ball shaft connected between the operation panel and the sluice valve, for transmitting the electromotive force of the operation panel to the sluice valve. |
