<p>The present invention relates to a method for screening a substance for treating or preventing cardiovascular diseases, a diagnostic kit for the cardiovascular diseases, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating the cardiovascular diseases. The screening method of the present invention is able to be useful for screening a substance for down-regulating carboxypeptidase N1 (CPN1), a complement factor B, a fibrinogen beta chain, gelsolin, and complement component 4 binding protein which are overexpressed in cardiovascular disease patients′s plasma. Also, according to the present invention, since CPN1 protein expression is significantly increased in the patient group with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, fibrinolysis in blood vessels is stimulated by suppressing CPN1 expression using the method and the presence or absence of the ST segment elevation myocardial infarction is able to be checked quickly and easily by measuring expression level of the CPN1.</p> |
