Gas grill grid suitable for fatty roasts (16). The grid (2) consists of wavy inclined surfaces (13) which converge at the lowest points (14). Said points are aligned vertically and project over the gaps (7) between the flame arresters (4). The flow of the liquefied fat (8) with direction (10) along the inclined surfaces (13) accumulates at the lowest points (14) in the form of drops (9) in a vertical flow (1 1) which then pass through the gaps between the flame arresters (7) and finally drips into a fat collector pan (12). |
