PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous coating agent composition for polyester resin-based plastics with which a coating film with good adhesion to various plastics and good solvent resistance can be formed. SOLUTION: This non-aqueous coating agent composition for plastics contains a branched polyester neutralization product (A) in which the contents of a carboxylate anion group is 0.3 to 1.5 mmol/g, and an aziridine-based curing agent (B) containing an aziridine compound (b1) having at least three aziridinyl groups.
