PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the amount of air passing through an RA-EA passage. SOLUTION: In a heat exchange ventilation device 10, outer air OA is taken in from the take-in port 52 of a cabinet 12, passed through the air supply opening 78 of an air supply fan case 70 in an air supply path OA-SA and heat-exchanged by a heat exchange element 62, and heat-exchanged air SA which is thus obtained is supplied to an air supply port 64. Air RA in a room is sucked through the air suction port 58 of the cabinet 12, passed through the exhaust opening 98 of an exhaust fan case 90 in an exhaust air path RA-SA and heat-exchanged by the heat exchange element 62, and heat-exchanged air EA which is thus obtained is supplied to an exhaust port 54. At the lower surface of the cabinet 12, an OA press sheet plate 16 (air amount adjusting part 16b) is disposed with a slight gap L2 from the sidewall of the cabinet 12. The gap L2 functions as the air suction port 58 for sucking air from the room. Thus, by adjusting the width L1 of the air amount adjusting part 16b to adjust the gap L2 of the air suction port 58, the amount of air sucked from the air suction port 58 is adjusted.
