摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in measuring a temperature at a deep portion. SOLUTION: A temperature measurement unit 43 includes a first base material 40a, a second base material 40b, heat flow control units 61a and 61b, a first temperature sensor 50a for measuring a first temperature, a second temperature sensor 52a for measuring a second temperature, a third temperature sensor 50b for measuring a third temperature, and a fourth temperature sensor 52b for measuring a fourth temperature. A surrounding temperature acquisition unit 53 acquires a temperature Tout of the surroundings 7 as a fifth temperature. Respective temperature measurement points of the temperature sensors are placed on the outside surfaces or in the insides of the first and the second base materials. The first, second, third, and fourth temperatures vary in accordance with a variation of the fifth temperature Tout. The temperature measurement unit 43 performs multiple measurements of temperatures under the conditions that the fifth temperature Tout is different. The arithmetic logical unit calculates a deep portion temperature Tc in a deep portion 4 of an object 6 to be measured, on the basis of an operation expression for the deep portion temperature.
