Provided is a conductive polymer composition capable of forming a conductive film that is highly resistant to organic solvents and can ensure excellent durability (i.e. a long lifespan of luminance half-life) of an electroluminescent device. The conductive polymer composition includes (A) a conductive polymer, (B) a first polymer having a repeating unit represented by Formula (1) as indicated below and a repeating unit represented by Formula (II) as indicated below, or a second polymer having a repeating unit represented by Formula (I) as indicated below, a repeating unit represented by Formula (II) below and a repeating unit represented by Formula (II') as indicated below:
wherein M + represents a monovalent cation and each n independently represents an integer, and (C) a curing agent.
