<p>Noble metal-dental alloy for selective laser melting made of 36-47 wt.% cobalt, 25-35 wt.% ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium or platinum, 22-29 wt.% chromium, 6-11 wt.% molybdenum and tungsten (half amount), 0-0.5 wt.% or 0.2-0.75 wt.% boron, 0-0.5 wt.% niobium, tin, silicon, aluminum, tantalum, cerium, indium, vanadium, titanium, zirconium, hafnium, rhenium or manganese and 0-2 wt.% additional elements for selective laser melting, is claimed. The sum of 2.6 times the amount of molybdenum and 1.3 times the amount of tungsten and the amount of chromium is 40-50 wt.%. INDEPENDENT CLAIMA are also included for: (1) a powder for selective laser melting comprising noble metal-dental alloy; (2) a metallic component produced by selective laser melting, preferably a dental component as or for a dental restoration, preferably a dental framework as or for dental restoration made of the noble metal dental alloy; and (3) producing the metallic component, preferably dental component as or for dental restoration, preferably dental framework as or for dental restoration, comprising providing the powder made of noble metal-dental alloy, and producing the metal component, preferably the dental framework, where the powder is processed by selective laser melting.</p> |
