Disclosed are a data processing device, a mining performing device, a data stream mining performing method, and a recording medium. Especially, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the data processing device includes: a dummy data generating part generating dummy data; a protection data generating part generating protection data by inserting the dummy data into original data generated by a data processing procedure according to a predetermined reference; and a communications part transmitting the protection data to the mining performing device. In the case above, the protection data generating part generates the protection data to make a result of performing the data stream mining to the protection data same as a result of performing the data stream mining to the original data.
