<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of stably producing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet with good magnetic flux density in an industrial scale. <P>SOLUTION: The grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is produced by: heating a slab containing 2.5-4.5% Si, 0.02-0.10% C, 0.01-0.05% acid-soluble Al, 0.003-0.02% N, 0.005-0.04% S and 0.04-0.20% Mn to a temperature of ≥1,250°C; subsequently subjecting the same to hot rolling; annealing the hot-rolled sheet; subjecting the same to cold rolling to obtain a cold-rolled sheet; subjecting the cold-rolled sheet to decarburization annealing; applying an annealing separator to the same; and conducting final finish annealing. After the decarburization annealing, the steel sheet surface achieves a strength of 2-11 and a grain size corresponding to ≤97% of the overall average grain size in ä111}<112> orientation and achieves a strength of 2-7 and a grain size corresponding to ≥105% of the overall average grain size in ä411}<148> orientation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
