PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive oxide sintered compact, in which the control of kinds or the quantity of crystal phases contained in the conductive oxide sintered compact is facilitated.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the conductive oxide sintered compact containing In, Ga and Zn includes a step of forming GaZnOpowder by calcining after preparing a mixture of zinc oxide and gallium oxide; and further preferably includes a step of preparing a second mixture by mixing or pulverizing and mixing powder containing the GaZnOpowder and powder containing In and oxygen after the calcination and molding the mixture to form a molding and sintering the molding. |
