<p>The invention relates to a method for optically testing a test object (O) by means of the following steps: a test image (PB) of at least one test area (O) of a test object that is to be tested is captured; a test path (PS) is determined inside the test image (PB); test parameter values (PPW) for the test cells (PZ) along the test path (PS) are determined, said test cells comprising a number of pixels; differences in predetermined reference values based on test parameter values (PPW) of the test cells (PZ) is detected. According to the invention, said test cells (PZ) essentially have a circular shape or a convey polygon shape which is approximately circular and has at least five corners. The invention also relates to a test system (1 ) for automatically optically testing a test object (O) according to said type of method.</p> |
