Method of creating a foundation for a offshore structure

The method involves lowering a component (1) in a form of a tubular hollow body with a lower end on a sea bottom (3). The low end of the component is introduced into the sea bottom. The component is pressurized in an upper area and/or at an upper end with a vibration device for supporting introduction. Filling material i.e. mortar, is continuously introduced during the introduction of the component in a gap and/or an annular gap (13) between the component and the sea bottom. The component is fixed after reaching final depth.
