<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing disease in plants including photorhabdus temperata temperata strain culture medium, clove extract and paraffin oil, as effective ingredients, and a method of preparing the same. The method includes (a) a step of preparing a photorhabdus temperata temperata strain culture medium, (b) a step of coating the photorhabdus temperata temperata strain culture medium prepared in step (a), (c) a step of preparing clove extract, and (d) a step of mixing the photorhabdus temperata temperata strain culture medium coated in step (b) with the clove extract prepared in step (c). The composition for preventing disease in plants prepared by the above-described method may control pest of plants and disease of plants at the same time, and is practically used, eco-friendly and capable of use for a long time.</p> |
