<p>An orthopedic fixation plate (100) for an external fixator having the shape of a ring or a ring-segment extending essentially around a centre axis (M) comprises a first surface (101) running perpendicular to said centre axis (M), a second surface (102) which is parallel to the first surface (101), and a plurality of spaced apart through openings (200) running parallel to the centre axis (M) and extending through the fixation plate (100). The fixation plate (100) comprises at least a third surface (103) which is parallel to the first surface (101). A further set of through openings (200) extends from the first surface (101) to the third surface (103). The third surface (103) is along said centre axis (M) axially displaced from the other surfaces (101, 102).</p> |
