PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress transmission of a signal which requests allocation of a radio resource or a signal used for selection of the radio resource. SOLUTION: In a control method of the radio communication system, a first radio communication device transmits a signal used for selection of the radio resource to a second radio communication device. When receiving a signal which requests an allocation of the radio resource from the first radio communication device, the second radio communication device selects a radio resource to be allocated from a predetermined frequency band based on the signal used for selection of the radio resource and transmits information on the selected radio resource to the first radio communication device. And, the first radio communication device transmits transmission data by using the radio resource specified by the information on the radio resource, and controls to regulate transmission of the signal used for selection of the radio resource to be allocated when receiving a predetermined signal from the second radio communication device.
