摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for making a temperature image three-dimensional for recognizing the temperature distribution of the depth direction on a computer while an object is rotated. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with: a reference object 21, having as reference points, a plurality of miniature bulbs 22 having known coordinates; a three-dimensional information acquiring means 27 for acquiring three-dimensional information of the object 1 based on heat generation from the object 1 and the reference object 21; a coordinate calibrating means 31 for performing calibration with real coordinates and temperature image coordinates; a transformation determining means 32 for determining the transformation from the real coordinates into the temperature image coordinates of the temperature image information; a coordinate transforming means 33 for transforming all real coordinates related to the three-dimensional information of the object 1 into the temperature image coordinates based on the determined transformation; a temperature information extracting means 34 for extracting the temperature information of the three-dimensional information based on the transformed temperature image coordinate of the three-dimensional information; and a coordinate associating means 35 for associating a specific temperature image coordinate in the temperature image information with a specific real coordinate in the three-dimensional information.
