The present invention is invented to solve child disappearances and kidnappings in the summer season with a high rain fall probability and rainfall because 3,099 cases of child disappearance occur in the vacation season of July and August, occupying about 27% of a total 11,425 cases of child missing reports. Moreover, a purpose of the present invention lies in solving the problem of a post-processed water proof fabric like low moisture permeability found in existing raincoats. The primary principle of the present invention is to obtain the moisture permeability and water proof properties while considering the shape of clothes by using a ventail fabric that absorbs moisture and expands, and performing a function of a positional system using a satellite by attaching a DGPS. |
