The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a packing board and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture highly functional paperboard which guarantees the safety of plants by bonding paperboard members with a natural adhesive material, freshly stores agricultural products kept in the packing paperboard using antibacterial and harmful material absorption functions included in the adhesive and can increase an expiration date. The method of the present invention includes: a step of crushing zeolites collected in nature into coarse particles, inserting into a furnace, plasticizing by heating at 800-900°C, finely crushing the plasticized coarse particles into fine particles and preparing zeolite powder by filtering the crushed particles with a filter having granularity of at least 300 Mesh; a step of preparing garlic powder by dissolving garlics by finely crushing skinned garlics by adding 2-3 times of water by volume, drying by heating the garlics up to 60-70°C, crushing the garlics, and filtering with a filter having granularity of at least 300 Mesh; a step of making a paste by uniformly mixing 90-94 wt% of corn starch, 3-5 wt% of zeolite powder and 3-5 wt% of garlic powder, mixing the powdered mixture and water to be 1:6 by volume, and heating up the mixture not to be burned; and a step of fermenting the mixture by cooling in a natural state for 20-24 hours; and a step of finishing a paperboard by bonding liner papers on the upper and lower parts of a corrugating medium with the natural adhesive material which is in a sticky paste state. |
